Forty Winks, Australia’s leading bedding retailer with 100+ franchise stores and about 600 employees, needed a better way to get timely, consistent data to franchisees and managers. Before implementing a new platform, sales and performance data came from multiple POS systems, Excel spreadsheets and even faxes, required weekly manual consolidation, and left eCommerce reporting and invoicing slow and error-prone.
