ClearScore, a fintech launched in 2015 to give people free access to their credit scores, began expanding from the UK into markets like South Africa and India but hit limits with a homegrown data stack. ClearScore adopted Domo for its ease of use and company-wide access, enabling self-serve reporting, breaking down data silos, and giving about 120 users a single view of the business. The platform freed analysts from routine reporting so they could build credit-risk and eligibility models for developing markets, improved anomaly detection and operational insight, and materially increased both data coverage and understanding across the company.
