Citrusad Delivers Data to Global Retailers With Domo

CitrusAd is an e-commerce advertising platform that helps retailers monetize product placements by running auction-based ads for brands. Faced with rapid global growth and the need to deliver timely, actionable analytics to retailers and advertisers (many of whom lack their own analytics teams), CitrusAd needed a scalable data stack and a way to share rich, real-time insights across time zones without months of engineering work.

By adopting Domo — including Domo Everywhere — CitrusAd stood up an integrated ETL, visualization and data-sharing solution in under a month instead of the estimated 6–12 months. The platform gave 90 internal users and 46 retailers across 22 countries real-time, white‑labeled dashboards synced to CitrusAd’s instance (covering 35 billion ad requests annually), enabling self-serve reporting, faster issue detection and optimization of ad placements, and creating a new client-facing analytics product and single source of truth.
