Asure Software, a provider of Human Capital Management tools used by more than 60,000 small businesses, wanted to stop making gut-feel decisions and become data-driven. The company’s goals were to create a 360° view of customers to reduce churn, improve forecast accuracy, and more precisely identify and convert high-quality prospects.

Using Domo, Asure built a master dataset that pulls CRM, ERP, expense, support and external data (Salesforce, NetSuite, Concur, Zendesk, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.) into a single, efficient pipeline, tracking roughly 400 data points per customer each month. With guidance from the Domo Data Science team they developed models and ideal-customer profiles that deliver fast visualizations, better prospect targeting, higher-quality customer acquisition, improved churn insight, and continuously improving predictions as closed‑won/closed‑lost feedback is fed back into the model.
