MYCON, a construction company, needed a better way to turn project data into clearer revenue planning and risk management. Working with Domo, it set out to replace manual reporting and gain real-time visibility into estimates, actuals, work in progress, and billing cycles.
Domo helped MYCON automate data collection and build dashboards for project reporting, concrete tracking, and subcontractor workload management. The results included saving project managers about six hours per month each on monthly reporting, better forecasting of revenue, and reduced risk by balancing subcontractor assignments; MYCON was also so successful with Domo that it launched a consulting subsidiary to help other construction firms do the same.
