BNP Paribas Cardif, a major insurance player, needed to speed up customer interactions, product delivery, risk management, and regulatory compliance by increasing model velocity across research, deployment, and continuous improvement. To support this challenge, the company used Domino Data Lab’s Domino Enterprise MLOps Platform as its data science workbench and hackathon environment, including GPU access for advanced NLP experimentation.

Domino Data Lab helped BNP Paribas Cardif host a group-wide data challenge for 70 data scientists by enabling fast collaboration, easy sharing of code, and scalable compute. The setup made 40 GPUs available, one per team, allowing participants to iterate quickly and test state-of-the-art models; today, BNP Paribas Cardif runs hundreds of projects on Domino, from early exploration to production, and has accelerated its path toward becoming more AI-driven.
