Larmer Brown Helps Keep Busiest Motorway Crossing in UK Safe and Sound Using dominKnow to Develop Robust Safety Training

Larmer Brown, a provider of change management and eLearning solutions, was contracted by Connect Plus Services to implement a robust training program for the Dart Charge Project. The challenge was to train a wide range of employees on new safety systems and procedures for the UK's busiest motorway crossing, requiring a solution that could handle complex knowledge transfer and assessment.

Larmer Brown used the dominKnow cloud-based eLearning authoring platform to create a hybrid training solution. This approach allowed for content to be single-sourced and reused across both eLearning and classroom settings, saving significant time and effort. The results were excellent, with more than half of the learners achieving a 100% pass rate on their first assessment attempt, and all others were able to successfully retrain and retest to meet the required standard.
