Miami Lakes KIA faced a challenge turning data into actionable leads — their team wasn’t capitalizing on data mining and struggled to identify which conquest customers to target. To address this gap they worked with Dominion Dealer Solutions and adopted the Dominion DealActivator product to better surface and prioritize qualified prospects without overhauling existing processes.
Dominion Dealer Solutions implemented Dominion DealActivator in the service drive, assigned dedicated staff and three BDC teams to mine customers not in service, and integrated the tool into daily workflows. The result: in April the dealer attributed 63 car sales to DealActivator, generating almost $80,000 in gross profit, while improving targeting and conversion through more accurate data.
