Brondes Ford Toledo faced a weak online presence in early 2015—among the largest dealers in Toledo but with the fewest reviews and inconsistent social media that left customers disengaged. The dealer turned to Dominion Dealer Solutions and its Prime Response reputation and social media platform to address low review volume, poor review management, and an underperforming social strategy.

Using Dominion Dealer Solutions’ Prime Response, Brondes Ford Toledo began actively monitoring reviews, responding to negative feedback, and running targeted Facebook campaigns. In 12 months they grew from 29 external reviews (3.7 stars) to over 200 reviews with a 4.6 average, achieved a 46% survey open rate (about 14 new reviews/month), and drove nearly 300 social shoppers to VDPs in one 30-day period (5% of VDP views); one sales campaign sold 6 of 10 advertised vehicles in 30 days and a service campaign returned over 300 customers.
