USAirtours is a tailor-made tour operator founded in 1982, selling destination and activity-based holidays to discerning travelers in the USA through agents and direct channels. As the company grew, it needed more advanced technology to help its 35 sales consultants handle a high volume of quotes and confirmations more efficiently, and it chose Dolphin Dynamics for reservation and booking management software.
Dolphin Dynamics implemented reservation and booking management modules, a flight allocation module, and integrations with third-party accommodation and car rental suppliers, along with USAirtours’ own hotel and villa allocations. The system gave staff a unified view of contracted and GDS-sourced flights and helped streamline the preparation and confirmation of hundreds of quotes a day, supporting USAirtours’ growth plans and improving service to travel agents.
