North America Travel Service, a travel agency and tour operator with multiple offices across the UK, needed a better way to manage rapidly growing booking, costing, and accounting data that had been spread across Sabre, Excel sheets, paper files, and separate back-office tools. With several business divisions to support, they needed a single central system, and they chose Dolphin Dynamics for that fit.

Dolphin Dynamics implemented Dolphin BMM, interfaced with Sabre for flight bookings, and later added Dolphin Product Database and the Dolphin Reservation Module to manage hotels, allocations, and booking workflows more efficiently.
