Wondermall, a Palo Alto-based e-commerce iPad app, needed a scalable, robust cloud infrastructure that could run with minimal DevOps overhead so its team could focus on engineering and growth. DoiT International helped Wondermall build on Google Cloud Platform using App Engine, Compute Engine, and BigQuery. App Engine automated scaling, load balancing, and deployment, while Compute Engine quickly spun up ElasticSearch clusters and BigQuery handled high-volume analytics, letting Wondermall query terabytes of data in seconds instead of hours. The result was a “Devops-less” setup that let the company move 10x faster and focus on products and customers instead of infrastructure management.
