Teleall, an Israeli provider of telephone, chat, and email contact center solutions, needed to decide whether to upgrade its email system with a local server or move to a cloud-based platform. The company also wanted a better way to manage schedules and collaboration across its decentralized operations and 1,700 employees.
Working with DoiT International, Teleall implemented Google G Suite in an ordered 8-step rollout that started with smaller divisions and expanded to the CEO’s office, with hands-on support and training throughout the transition. The move to Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Docs improved email organization, enabled real-time collaboration and document sharing, eliminated the need to maintain systems on-premises, and reduced operational issues such as schedule management difficulties, storage limits, and email failures.
