Case Study: SecuredTouch achieves rapid global scale and real-time fraud detection with DoiT International and GKE

A DoiT International Case Study

Preview of the SecuredTouch Case Study

How SecuredTouch supports exponential growth with GKE

SecuredTouch, a cybersecurity company, needed a highly scalable platform to support real-time behavioral fraud detection across web and mobile channels as its traffic surged. To meet demands for low latency, global availability, security, and lean operations, SecuredTouch partnered with DoiT International and used Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to modernize its backend and support its growing customer base.

DoiT International helped SecuredTouch migrate production to GKE, route external APIs through Google Cloud Global Load Balancer, and run an event-driven microservices architecture with stateless services, horizontal autoscaling, and preemptible node pools. The result was a system that handled 100x traffic growth in 2019 and continued expanding in 2020, serving hundreds of thousands of concurrent sessions and protecting tens of millions of daily active users while avoiding the need for dedicated DevOps/SRE staff.
