Earny, a U.S.-based e-commerce and technology company, helps online shoppers save money through its app. As its customer base grew, Earny hit serious scalability problems and repeated outages during peak shopping periods on its legacy cloud infrastructure, especially around Black Friday, and lacked the production support its engineers needed.
