hubTruck, one of the largest full-service truck leasing, sales and service companies in the northeast with nearly 1,800 trucks in operation, struggled with voluminous paper-based inspections, photos and paperwork that were weather-sensitive, slow to route and often missing. To modernize and improve compliance and turnaround, hubTruck engaged doForms to replace paper processes with a mobile forms solution.

doForms converted hubTruck’s inspection, delivery and lease forms to tablet- and smartphone-ready mobile forms and built a Driver Utilities Pack app on the doForms platform. The change eliminated paper, faxes and 2–3 day routing delays by instantly routing maintenance issues to service, increased inspection completion and accuracy, sped vehicle turnaround, and prompted adoption of doForms by more than half a dozen other local truck-leasing companies.
