Young Life is a global Christian youth ministry that runs a large camping program—more than 180,000 kids attend camps each year—but its Camping division struggled with thousands of paper reservation and volunteer contracts sent by email, print, fax or scan. The manual process was inconsistent, slow and made it hard for national headquarters to track reservations, forecast attendance or search agreements in their CRM.
To fix this, Young Life upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 and built a DocuSign integration (including a contract webpage) using DocuSign’s APIs, implemented in under four weeks. The digital workflow increased agreement completion to a 97% success rate and cut average completion time from four weeks to under two, giving faster, more accurate, consistent processes and real-time visibility for better forecasting and resource allocation.
