By partnering with DocuSign (notably eSignature and Monitor), Visions digitized hundreds of member-facing forms, integrated eSignature into its loan origination system, and linked Monitor to its SIEM and Power BI. The result: signature turnaround times fell by more than 50% to 8–12 hours, agreements moved 2x faster, digital memberships rose 500%, assets nearly doubled, security and compliance posture improved, and the credit union could rapidly deliver member relief (e.g., skipped payments, PPP) when needed.
