DocuSign implemented an integrated workflow that pre-populates forms from ServiceNow, routes them for electronic signature, and stores completed documents automatically in ServiceNow. The result was a faster, more transparent HR process: most new criminal history report checks are now completed within 15 days, renewals are processed the same day, and HR gains real-time visibility into status, processing times, and incomplete submissions.
