Decision Resources Group (DRG) is a global healthcare information and technology services company that had just brought 10 acquired businesses together and needed to unify sales and legal processes on one platform. Their legacy Microsoft Dynamics system left teams with poor cross‑unit visibility, slow reporting and a cumbersome quoting process, and Legal could not access or manage contract histories without additional Salesforce licenses — blocking their ability to implement Salesforce CPQ.

DRG implemented DocuSign CLM integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Pardot and DocuSign eSignature to create an end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash workflow. DocuSign CLM provided a central, version‑controlled contract repository (including third‑party contracts), fast implementation and legal access without extra licenses; DRG standardized processes in about three months, removed Sales–Legal friction and now delivers up to 400 contracts per month.
