Twiddy and Company Realtors is an Outer Banks vacation rental firm founded in 1978 that grew to represent more than 830 properties with over 90 employees. The company was burdened by manual processes—staff printed, mailed, processed and scanned thousands of rental agreements and homeowner renewals each year (about 21,580 pages annually)—creating high labor, time and postage costs and slow turnaround.

Twiddy integrated DocuSign’s eSignature service via API into its reservation software and added custom branding to the signing flow. Agreements are now sent and tracked electronically, cutting turnaround time, eliminating printing and mailing for renewals, reducing costs and improving visibility and customer satisfaction.
