The Law Offices of Mark T. Hurt, a high-volume personal injury and workers’ compensation firm, was struggling to keep up with more than 100 leads per day. Staff spent up to 15 minutes vetting each lead, and about half were unqualified, creating over 12 hours of daily manual work, missed opportunities, and a fragmented intake process. The firm turned to DocuSign IAM to help streamline its lead-to-case workflows.
DocuSign implemented integrations with Litify and Docusign Maestro to automate lead vetting, case conversion, and document generation, while Docusign Web Forms captured and routed prospect data directly into Litify. The firm also began using Docusign Navigator to centralize agreement data and uncover marketing insights. As a result, the Law Offices of Mark T. Hurt reduced staff involvement, improved lead qualification, and created a scalable workflow to support growth, including future expansion into mass tort cases.
