TalentForce, an Australian staffing firm specializing in SaaS placements, is a mobile-first business that runs its workflow in Salesforce. The company required candidates to sign a “collection statement” at the first meeting, and paper-based signing proved impractical and inconsistent with its digital strategy—printing, copying and storing forms was especially difficult during in-person and video meetings.
In July 2013 TalentForce implemented DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce, integrating via REST/SOAP APIs so recruiters can tailor a collection statement in real time and send it to a candidate’s mobile device for immediate signing. The change reduced manual processing time, centralized and secured signed agreements, reinforced digital best practices, and enabled an enterprise-wide rollout across sales, HR, finance and legal with a policy to digitize all incoming signature documents.
