SentriLock, the National Association of REALTORS®’ official lockbox provider, serves real estate agents and brokers nationwide. Their sales process relied on paper contracts—written, mailed or faxed, then scanned and returned—creating long, error-prone cycles that could take months, tie up staff time, and make version control and scalability difficult.

After evaluating e-signature vendors, SentriLock implemented DocuSign for its ease of use, routing, templates, and API integration. Contracts can now be created in clicks and completed in about three minutes, saving roughly 1.5 hours per contract (nearly 300 hours to date), reducing paper and shipping costs, receiving signed agreements in days or minutes, and yielding an estimated 300% return on investment.
