School of Rock, the world’s largest multi-location music school with 260 locations and more than 30,000 students, was overwhelmed by hundreds of student, employee and franchise documents each month. By integrating DocuSign eSignature and PowerForms with NetSuite (implemented in 10 days), School of Rock built a branded, customer‑facing e‑commerce platform that auto-populates forms, captures signed documents back into NetSuite, and preserves the brand experience.
