Aon partnered with DocuSign to deploy the Agreement Cloud, establish a Center of Excellence, and use Professional and Customer Success services for governance, templates, change management and global rollout. The implementation included compliant eSignature deployments in Europe and rapid expansion into HR, Legal, IT and Procurement across 52 countries. Within a year consumption rose 67%, users grew from 200 to nearly 3,000, 80+ use cases went live, compliance errors dropped to zero, and the program delivered significant time savings and productivity gains.
