San Diego Zoo Streamlines HR Processes with DocuSign for DynaFile

The San Diego Zoo, a century-old conservation and education institution in Balboa Park, faced a major administrative hurdle: an outdated, paper-heavy HR system that included 87 boxes of personnel and medical files and required printing, faxing, and scanning for every new hire.
