By integrating DocuSign Intelligent Agreement Management directly into its Salesforce environment, Payworks automated its entire agreement lifecycle. The solution used pre-populated web forms and automated routing to create a seamless experience. This resulted in a 41% decrease in time to close deals for sellers and a 25% faster time-to-sign for customers. Most notably, the 24-hour contract completion rate skyrocketed from 55% to 87%, allowing customers to start using the service sooner and accelerating time to revenue for Payworks.
