The Organization of American States Staff Federal Credit Union (OASFCU) serves nearly 6,000 members across 35 countries and eight time zones. Its paper-based signature processes were slow, error-prone and insecure—about 20% of transactions had missing or incorrect information, members often lacked access to printers/scanners, and routine paperwork could take days to complete.
