A fast-growing mobility management vendor that provides identity and access management solutions was struggling to scale because sales contracts were processed with a manual pen-and-paper workflow even though the company used Salesforce and Zuora. The paper-based process was inefficient, time-consuming for reps and customers, and left the company with little visibility into where contracts were or who needed to sign them.

The company deployed DocuSign’s Digital Transaction Management, natively integrated with Salesforce, to enable electronic and mobile signing and automate contract workflows. This automated hundreds of contracts per quarter, shortened the quote-to-cash cycle by about a week, improved visibility into customer approvals, reduced sales admin burden so reps could focus on selling, and is now being rolled out to HR onboarding.
