Metha Energia is a rapidly growing Brazilian clean-energy company that connects distributed generation plants to consumers through a fully digital platform, serving 75,000+ customers and expanding into new states. Although sign-ups were digital, a multi-email registration flow created friction and user distrust, causing a steep drop in conversions and slowing onboarding — Metha needed a seamless, on-site consent solution that wouldn’t overburden IT.
