Kelly Park Capital’s KPC Private Funds needed a better way to manage complex investment agreements, which were slowed by lengthy PDFs, manual copy-and-paste work, and signing logistics. Using DocuSign IAM for CX, the firm wanted to reduce bottlenecks, avoid errors, and make investor intake easier across many templates and signer combinations.
DocuSign implemented a workflow built around Docusign Web Forms and Docusign Maestro to capture investor data, route it to the right template, automate ID verification and e-signatures, and store completed documents in the CRM. The results were significant: Kelly Park Capital said it cut time and resource effort by about 70% and expects that to reach 90% as rollout continues, while also creating a faster, more accurate experience for advisors and investors.
