Celonis, an AI-powered process-mining company founded in Munich, grew rapidly into a global software provider serving clients like Dell and Uber. Celonis implemented DocuSign CLM alongside its existing eSignature capability and rolled it out globally in two months with implementation partner Spaulding Ridge. Integrated with Salesforce and configured with pre‑approved clauses and automated templates, the solution made sales contracts paperless, sped signature times by about 70%, improved transparency and reporting, reduced legal bottlenecks, and delivered a better customer and employee experience while enabling plans to expand CLM into other business areas.
