GreenStone Farm Credit Services, one of the nation’s largest agricultural lending cooperatives, needed to modernize a paper-heavy lending process that caused redundant data entry, higher overhead, and slow in-person signing. The customer turned to DocuSign, using Docusign CLM and nCino alongside eSignature, to streamline complex loan applications, closing packages, and approvals across its 35 branches and member network.

With DocuSign, GreenStone digitized its end-to-end lending workflow: loan data now flows from online applications into nCino and Salesforce, documents are generated automatically in CLM, and agreements are sent in a single eSignature envelope for remote signing. The results included faster closings, reduced risk, lower costs, and improved compliance, with 85 closing-package templates already live and a smoother, more scalable process that helps get funds to members faster.
