Gorkana is a UK media intelligence and database provider serving over 35,000 communications professionals and 100,000 journalists. Because contracts were sent and returned by a mix of manual methods, the sales process was slow and visibility into contract status and Salesforce revenue data was poor.
Gorkana implemented DocuSign for Salesforce to automate approvals and e-signatures directly from opportunities, with signed documents saved back to Salesforce. The change cut contract turnaround from about ten days to roughly 2.5 days, improved pipeline visibility and pricing control, ensured accurate data and audit trails, and delivered positive customer feedback.
