The platform lacked a built-in digital legal agreement capability, forcing clients to leave the product to sign documents (or use external services like DocuSign); General Networks needed a fast, secure, and seamless way to complete agreements within its existing platform.
General Networks built a custom integration using DocuSign’s open API, deepening its partnership with DocuSign and embedding e-signature workflows across HR, onboarding, policy and procedures, and highly regulated clients. The integration delivers an end-to-end digital solution that streamlines workflows, improves efficiency and customer experience, and adds new capabilities like DocuSign Payments.
