Fuji Xerox Australia (FXA) faced slow, paper-driven supplier onboarding and contracting that required printing, signing, scanning and archiving physical documents. The procurement team struggled to track signature status, manage edits, and bear the time, cost and environmental impact of thousands of prints annually, so FXA sought a solution that would provide full visibility and speed up supplier interactions.

FXA implemented DocuSign eSignature with PowerForms to digitize master services agreements, statements of work, supplier onboarding and payment approvals. The solution enables mobile dispatch and edits, enforces mandatory fields to reduce incomplete submissions, and gives real-time visibility into signing progress.
