DuPont Crop Protection, a division of DuPont serving global agricultural markets, needed to simplify a paper-heavy sales process used by roughly 150 U.S. field reps. Although they had migrated to Salesforce, reps still printed, faxed, scanned or drove contracts for signatures, causing delays, errors, extra costs and risks of noncompliance with EPA regulations.
DuPont deployed DocuSign eSignature integrated with Salesforce to send, sign and track agreements directly from the CRM. In under a year this saved 500+ admin hours and about $50K, boosted Salesforce Sales Cloud usage by 300%, virtually eliminated EPA noncompliance, and improved both customer and employee experience.
