Worldspan, part of Travelport and a reservations provider serving thousands of travel agencies worldwide, faced an urgent need to collect signatures from more than 100 customers ahead of a major web services roll‑out. Worldspan adopted DocuSign eSignature and integrated it with its Siebel CRM OnDemand, enabling fast electronic signing, full audit trails and seamless CRM records with no additional IT investment. The change eliminated paper processes, saved more than $80,000 in the first year, scaled to 2,700 customers and tens of thousands of documents annually, and improved visibility, staff productivity and customer satisfaction.
