AV Dimensions, a national audio-visual company serving events and trade shows, faced a cumbersome payments workflow: after contracts were signed via eSignature, accounting had to manually create invoices, enter payment details into a separate tool, and manage sensitive card data—creating extra work, security and liability exposure, and occasional payment delays flagged as fraud.
