CKF, a Midwest fabricator of residential and commercial countertops and surfaces with more than 300 employees, wanted to move beyond paper-heavy workflows. Although they used DocuSign eSignature for contracts, collecting required deposits was slow, insecure and error-prone—relying on phone calls, handwritten card numbers and printing.

By adding DocuSign Payments, CKF combined signatures and payments into a single, secure digital workflow that customers can complete on mobile. The solution eliminated phone tag and paper, sped up project starts, improved security and customer satisfaction, and will be expanded to collect final balances.
