Celonis, the global leader in process mining, needed to modernize its contract and document workflows, which had been handled through email, paper, and wet signatures. DocuSign implemented a centralized contract lifecycle management process that connected with Salesforce and created a single repository for contracts across legal, sales, finance, HR, and procurement. The result was stronger security, better reporting, and less manual work, with sales contract turnaround times dropping from up to 48 hours to as little as five hours. Celonis also reported improved employee efficiency, better customer experience, and greater support for its sustainability goals through reduced paper use.
