Calendly, the automated scheduling platform used by millions of people and many Fortune 500 companies, needed a faster, more connected agreement process as its sales team scaled. Its previous e-signature workflow relied on manual tracking and didn’t integrate well with its sales stack, making it hard to see where deals were getting stuck. Calendly turned to DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to bring agreements directly into CRM and reduce friction for reps.
With DocuSign, Calendly automated the creation, sending, tracking, and storage of agreements inside Salesforce, improving visibility and simplifying the close process. The result was an 8x increase in e-signature adoption, with volume rising from about 300 documents a year to 1,400 by midyear, while sales teams adopted the tool with minimal friction. Calendly also expanded use of DocuSign across HR, recruiting, and self-service consent workflows.
