In 2017 the company consolidated HR into a shared service center in Poland and sought to replace manual, country-specific agreement processes to ensure faster, compliant, and standardized handling of offer letters and employment changes.
Aon implemented DocuSign across 52 countries on six continents and established a center of excellence to drive adoption and integrate eSignature with existing systems. Regional use cases—from payroll and pension adjustments in Australia to bulk-send and PowerForms for U.S. seasonal hires—have sped onboarding and compensation changes, eliminated manual data entry, improved compliance, and streamlined global HR operations.
