DocuPhase implemented a digital document management platform integrated with Stonewall Kitchen’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV system, giving employees one-click search, digital indexing, and collaborative approval workflows. The solution eliminated much of the need for photocopies in AP matching and invoice approval, reduced photocopy costs and late payment penalties, and improved approval times by 50%. It also allowed invoices and records to be accessed and sent to vendors instantly, strengthening vendor relationships and saving staff significant time.
