Dragotec Simplifies Parts Lookup for Dealers

Drago, the North American distributor of Olimac corn heads, faced a growing problem with hard-to-read, out-of-date printed parts manuals that made it difficult for dealers and equipment owners to identify and order replacement parts. Seeking ease of use, faster publishing cycles, and a better dealer experience, Drago engaged Documoto and its SaaS digital publishing/authoring suite to modernize their parts documentation.

Documoto converted Drago’s PDFs into an online parts catalog and dedicated dealer portal, rolled out in 30 days to 58 dealers, enabling self-service parts lookup, ordering and order tracking. As a result, dealers can quickly find and buy OEM parts, support time and equipment downtime have been reduced, and Documoto’s relational database and authoring tools cut parts-book production from several months to under a week — roughly three times faster — while improving publication processes and dealer adoption.
