The International Air Transport Association (IATA), the trade association for some 290 airlines representing about 82% of global air traffic, faced cumbersome document maintenance, no metrics or multiple versioning, and needed role-specific access, better search, branding and an easy editor for a large body of documentation. To address these challenges, IATA selected Document360 and went live with a centralized Knowledge Base using Document360 as their documentation solution.
