Sweetwater Valley Title, a long-established title company in Athens, Tennessee, was overwhelmed by daily paper records and growing file-storage needs. To replace its decades-old index-card system and improve access to closing and title documents, the company adopted DocStar’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) imaging and retrieval solution.

DocStar implemented an imaging/retrieval system with customizable templates and two shared scanning stations, enabling Sweetwater Valley Title to digitize about 8,500–9,000 documents per month.
