Healthcare Practice Implements Document Management to Increase Productivity

Advanced Medical Management, a Baltimore-based healthcare management firm supporting more than two dozen clinics and roughly 250 employees, faced overwhelming paper volumes that consumed office space and required a filing-cabinet “map” for retrieval. To address slow, costly document handling and improve security, Advanced Medical Management implemented DocStar Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to replace its paper-based processes.
