DocStar Helps Georgia Agent Association Boost Service

PIA of Georgia, a trade association and insurance provider based in Atlanta representing roughly 350 agencies and 4,000 professionals, faced overwhelming volumes of paper records and needed a secure, stable, cost‑effective digital storage system. After reviewing options, PIA of Georgia selected DocStar’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) to meet their security and long‑term retention requirements.

DocStar deployed its ECM (including AuthentiDate, OCR, DataLink and integrated fax/e‑mail) to convert about 90% of the association’s paper archives and onboard daily intake into digital workflows. The result: the office became virtually 100% paperless, most off‑site storage was eliminated, document retrieval became roughly five times faster, and staff can resolve most member requests on the initial call—significantly improving customer service and efficiency.
